This November the Campus Ministries from Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah are meeting together in the Rocky Mountains to spend time worshipping God together and take our faith in God to Uncharted territory. The weekend will be filled with worship, lessons, fun activites, and a great dance. We will spend time connecting with one another and God in a deeper way and become world-changing disciples of Jesus in an unprecedented time. All your meals and lodging are included with registration. Join us November 5th-7th for what is going to be an incredible weekend!

If you have been exposed to a communicable disease, you may spread the disease to others. By registering to attend our retreat you are confirming that you can answer YES / TRUE to all the following statements.
1) You and/or anyone in your household or other recent acquaintances have NOT tested positive or been diagnosed as having COVID-19 or any other communicable disease in the last 2 weeks.
2) You and/or anyone in your household or other recent acquaintances has NOT had a fever (above 100.4 degrees), in the last 2 weeks.
3) You and/or anyone in your household or other recent acquaintances have NOT had a cough, persistent pain/pressure/tightness in the chest, shortness of breath or trouble breathing, in the last 2 weeks.
4) You and/or anyone in your household is NOT considered high risk. Understand that there is a higher risk for developing severe complications from COVID-19 for older adults and those who have underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes.

Please keep in mind that your roommates should be people you live with or are in your Bible Talk - people that you are regularly around.
I acknowledge that participation in the Campus Retreat activities involve some risk, and may result in various typers of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Campus Retreat activities, the participant acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in the Campus Retreat. The participant accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity or during the transportation to and from the Campus Retreat, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to as the "activity spoonsor").
Further, the participant releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the activity sponsor for any injury arising direcly or indirectly out of the activities of the Campus Retreat. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the participant agrees to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the participant and the activity sponsor cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution in coordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
