2020 Fall Campus Retreat Registration

October 2 - 4, 2020 | We are so glad you are interested in our Fall Campus Retreat, hosted by the Denver Church of Christ!

Please note the following:
1) each participant will be required to get tested for COVID-19 5 days prior to the retreat and to show proof of negative test results to a member of the campus staff. If you happen to test positive, you will not be able to attend, and you will be refunded for the retreat.
2) Our retreat will require social distancing and that you wear a mask, according to Colorado bylaws and YMCA protocols.
3) You will need to sign a liability waiver.

Retreat Information
Location: YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park
Start Date & Time:  7pm on Friday, October 2, 2020
Registration Opens: 4pm 
Closing Date & Time: Noon on Sunday, October 4, 2020
Cost: $97 per person
Included: Registration includes lodging, meals, speakers and retreat supplies.
Requirements:
1) Complete this registration form.  The links will open up in a new tab.  Be sure to come back to this form to [Submit] it.
2) Make payment.  Once you [Submit] this form, you will be redirected to a payment page.
3) Signed Liability Release form.  Click on the link provided.
4) Negative COVID-19 test.  This needs to be completed September 26 - 28.  Test results must be shown to a campus staff person.  Okay to text or email a screen shot.
5) Mask and Social Distancing - practiced throughout the retreat

Roommate Requests
We will be having 4 people per room.  You may enter up to 3 roommate requests. 
Please keep in mind that your roommates should be people you live with or are in your Bible Talk - people that you are regularly around.

Please arrive early to be tested because they have daily limits.  Also, some require pre-registration.

Aurora Sports Park
9300 E Colfax Ave, Aurora.  
Drive-thru.  Daily 8:00-4:00pm.  2-4 days for results.  *register online on MAKO Medical’s website or by texting MAKO to 66349. No health insurance required but bring card if you do have insurance and ID.  Wear mask. 


Water World
8801 N Pecos St, Federal Heights.  8:00-4:00 pm.  7 days a week.  Pre-register online on MAKO Medical’s website or by texting MAKO to 66349. No health insurance required but bring card if you do have insurance and ID.  Wear mask. Test results in 2-4 days.  Drive-thru - 9 lanes. 


Pepsi Center
DENVER RESIDENTS ONLY
1000 Chopper Circle, Denver.  
Enter at 7th Ave and Auraria.  Weekdays 8:00-4:00 pm, weekends 8:00 am-Noon.  APPT REQUIRED by registering online at LabCorp website or calling 303-389-1876.  Results in 3 days.  * please note in July some were waiting 10 or more days for results, LabCorp is slow with results. 


Testing might also be available through your health insurance.  Please contact your provider to find out.
